February, 2021 - Bovada Poker is a new poker site in 2014. They are the U.S. facing room on the new Bodog Poker network. Bodog developed new software and created Bovada as a separate poker room, casino and sports book for Americans. Since Bovada's launch in early 2012 they have quickly climbed up the ranks to become the second largest US poker site. At Bovada Poker you can bet on sports, play casino games, bet on horses and play poker with a single account. Bovada Poker is nothing like the Bodog Poker of several years ago. Virtually everything has been developed from scratch to make a totally unique new poker room. Bovada Poker is one of the only large US poker sites that have not been targeted by the US government. This has enabled Bovada Poker to grow quickly. The growth can be partially attributed to the fact that Americans can quickly and easily deposit and withdraw money from their accounts. Few other U.S. poker rooms in 2014 can claim the same. This 2014 Bovada Poker review is going to cover our special bonus, the software and other important statistics.
Bovada Poker is offering new players a very unique bonus in 2014. This 100% match bonus up to $1,000 is credited to you in increments that increase as you play. This format is better than the "all at once" system or the format that releases insignificant amounts (i.e. $5). Bovada Poker's bonus starts off with a $10 installment at only 50 Points. There are 5 other installments and the largest releases a $400 bonus credit (see below). Our Bovada Poker bonus is extremely easy to clear in regards to the number of hands you must play or the amount of rake you must generate for each bonus dollar. You will basically have to play a minimum of 2 times less to clear $1 in bonus money at Bovada than you would at any other room. This difference can be as high as 3X as rooms with difficult clearance req's. So Bovada Poker's bonus is not only large, it also clears easier than any other bonus and the format they use is excellent. The $1,000 bonus is just one of our perks at Bovada. Here is a recap of the welcome package we have negotiated with Bovada Poker:
Our Exclusive All-in Poker Bonus Package during the month of February:
Other Bonuses & Promotions At Bovada:
The bonuses and promotions listed above are only part of what is going on at Bovada Poker right now. I did not list any of Bovada Poker's regular promos like the Mini Poker Series, which is taking place right now. The poker room launches new promotions every month so I have only listed the special permanent deals that I have worked out with them and the promos that run all year long. The casino definitely has the most promotions. They run something different every day of the week.

The new Bovada Poker software has some unique features not found anywhere else. The most unusual and controversial is the anonymous tables. When you play poker online people at your table will usually look your screen name up in one of the many poker player databases. these data-mining sites will basically classify you, record your winnings and losses and provide users with tips on how to beat you. Recreational players typically do not use these services so Bovada Poker decided to create tables that display a seat number instead of a screen name. This basically evens the playing field. Poker should be about skill and the luck of the draw. Many people claim that using these data-mining sites is kind of like cheating. Others say that it should be allowed. When Bovada's software came out there were massive arguments about this unique form of protection on every major poker forum. I personally think that using seat numbers instead of names is a good idea because it benefits the average player. If grinders and semi-professional players cannot compete without data mining sites than maybe they should give bingo a try.
I have to give Bovada Poker a 10 out of 10 in regards to how easy it is to win money at the poker tables. Most casino, poker room and sportsbook hybrids like Bovada tend to be very easy to win money at but at Bovada this is even more true. Bovada is the largest US sports book and casino so a good 30-40% of the players at the poker tables are simply sports bettors or casino gamblers who are trying out poker. Since they do not have much experience to begin with or are very rusty it is very easy to win money from these people. At Pokerstars you know that most players tend to play often since they do not offer anything else. At Bovada there are thousands of players with limited experience and a lot of money. Taking money from a well bankrolled sports bettor is pretty common for me at Bovada's poker tables. The average skill level at Bovada Poker is significantly lower than other poker rooms.
Bovada Poker has been able to attract so many American poker players because of their amazing banking system. Other US poker sites can take over 2 months to pay players. many cannot even deposit at these rooms to begin with. American poker players will be able to instantly deposit at Bovada Poker using several different methods. These range from credit cards (100% success rate) to the popular Rapid Transfer service.
Payouts at Bovada can take as little as 24 hours. I personally like to use their lightning fast check service. They can overnight your winnings to you via one of the superfast delivery services. Checks from Bovada never bounce and they are written from a bank account in the USA so your bank will never give you any trouble. In 2014 Bovada payouts to U.S. players are taking less than a week.
